Stranded in Tallahassee, FL. for two and a half hours,because the driver for the Tallahassee to Mobile, AL. route didn't report to work. Then had to wait another two hours for this rude bus driver ,which looks like Ralphael Saadiq of Toni,Tony,&Tone with a ridiculous blonde perm on top of it's head bossing passengers. Now we're 4 hours behind schedule. Didn't get home until 2:45p CST, when I've should arrived at 10:45a CST. 21 hours on the bus trip from Orlando, FL. to Baton Rouge, La. Mega bus were overbooked. Smdh

Winter storm Riley cause massive delays. Fine. Put up an advisory of the already known delays instead of accepting money from thousands of customers knowing damn well you couldn't provide the service they paid for and leaving all of us without options and even less money. At the very least allow us to be refunded rather than tell us we have no options. Taking advantage of some of the most venerable people in the country. Despicable. Minions should be you the face of your company. MINIONS
