I would rate zero stars if I counld as greyhound doesnt support the US military. My son, A United States Marine, was call back to service early and Greyhound is refusing to refund a refundable ticket. Shame on you greyhound.

Had a four hour delay before we got here. Our drivers worked their butts off to get us back on schedule. We were only ten minutes away and the driver left even after we called and asked politely for him to wait TEN MINUTES for over TWENTY people to transfer to this bus. Tried to sort things out with the woman at the counter, get this fixed, get people refunds, and Courtney was very, very rude. *IS* very, very rude. The trip from Tallahassee Fla to Atlanta Ga was crapy the seats wore hard to sit in and internet slow and sometimes not working. Driver worest one I ever had. When asking the driver a question she gave a rude remark. She acted Like everyone was to leave her alone and just sit there and be quite

What is up with Greyhound? 16 hours to go from Jacksonville Florida to Baton Rouge Louisiana?? We made a few stop which were okay. The driver was great and very nice. Greyhound needs a lot of work!
