I would rate zero stars if I counld as greyhound doesnt support the US military. My son, A United States Marine, was call back to service early and Greyhound is refusing to refund a refundable ticket. Shame on you greyhound.
Had a four hour delay before we got here. Our drivers worked their butts off to get us back on schedule. We were only ten minutes away and the driver left even after we called and asked politely for him to wait TEN MINUTES for over TWENTY people to transfer to this bus.
