Sometimes inexplicable delays but other than that the facilities are nice and if yo my are kind to the staff they are kind in return

Tuve que dormir toda la noche no uno otra opción al mentirme que el autobús saldría a las nueve yo y otras personas tuvimos que pedir nuestro dinero de vuelta grasias a Dios no me sacaron para fuera pues estaba yobiendo fue una experiencia muy desagradable al día siguiente tuve que irme caminando para otra estación de camiones porque ya no completaba la tarifa del Greyhound puesto que el vuelto de mi dinero sería puesto devuelta en mi tarjeta de crédito y el dinero entraría dentro de dos días ya no pude aser nada de una cosa... read more
Enjoyed my experience everyone was very professional and helpful.
Supposed to have a 2 hour wait in Chicago then a 5 hour in Indy but they didn't have a driver to take us to Indy so 2 became 12 hour wait in Chicago so I missed my bus from Indy that only runs once a day so I would to wait till next day to catch next bus but had to have someone come get me, plus my bag weighed to much so had to take stuff out and ship it and my two packages are lost they don't know where they are worded ever ride on bus ever will never get on bus again
Heading home to New Orleans very clean and friendly service.
It suck 5 hours late getting from Chicago IL. To Minneapolis Minnesota. I will never take greyhound ever again.
