Piss poor looses wheelchair. Some folks uses these main use just like able folks uses legs. To loose a wheelchair and won't replace it is pretty bad!
Greyhound lost my friend Petor Adamcazak's custom wheelchair and will only refund him $40 for it. Absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend a travel option so hostile to the disabled.
If i could give zero stars i would! They lost my friends wheelchair and wont even respond to him and tried to tell him it was his fault even though they claim they offer services for disabled passengers!! What a shit company!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I will use #Megabus from now on!
I did a round trip from Minneapolis to Milwaukee. The first bus was great. The second, was clean. However there was a guy who kept going in and out of the bathroom smoking weed and cigarettes. I was the aisle next to the bathroom and he would be in the bathroom for 20 mins every couple hours. One of his short legs had a huge hole and you could see his underwear. They cause me to miss my bus by not informing that it was outside. I actually went and talked to the service desk rep myself asking did they call my bus she told me no and that it came at 3pm and from my understanding my bus was outside waiting every since 1pm . After I missed my bus I was told I had to stay overnight in the greyhound terminal with my newborn because they refused to get me away home. Very unprofessional!!
They just lost my luggage non stop to Chicago from Milwaukee how is that even possible I been on hold for 20 min trying to talk to some one is there a direct line to greyhound..so frustrated right no i have no clothes for my trip
