Greyhound Bus is a joke! Been waiting here for 3 hours for my bus, but they overbooked and so there are about 50 people here that are waiting for a "charter bus" that is supposedly on its way but the workers here have no way to contact the driver to figure out an ETA. Super unprofessional and shows the greed of these corporations! Never again smh
The bus driver was very cordial towards me and the ride was smooth and fast.. Definitely will ride again

It is always a problem. Busses late all the time. Have to delay your times. Now you late for all the time. They don't know how to talk to people. Rude, do what they want, not follow policy. Then act like you the problem. All type of people hang around the front of building. Bathrooms messy, food nasty. NEED TO CLOSE IT OR MOVE A LOT OF WORKER AROUND.
cant even get a refund when they over book the bus and there are no others coming
I was supposed to be in Chicago at 6:15 in the morning and we didn't get there until 11 and had to wait there for 16 hours until the next bus

1st time doing Greyhound I can see doing it again
