My mom just left my house at 3:15 in the morning because my sister is sitting at the bus stop where the greyhound was supposed to bring her to Minneapolis and apparently there’s no bus to being her here. Absolutely ridiculous. Stick to a schedule. My mom now has a 12 hour round trip. Figure it out.
They have schedules and can't keep them. This company should know what they are doing but they are taking peoples money and not deliverering their service.Their refund policy is a joke! Basically there is no refund even when Greyhound is at fault.I suggest you pay a friend or look for a small transportation company to take you. It may cost you more than Greyhoung but less than airfare. And you won't miss out on moment you can't get back and money lost because the bus wasn't on time and there refund policy is bogus! We left right on time, but the bus smelt like urine from the bathroom which you could smell throughout the bus. Driver was great. When you get into the station there was one chick on her phone, so if you’ve never been there, you really have no idea what your supposed to do.
The first bus from Chicago to Milwaukee was packed to capacity. It actually smelled like B.O. with all those people. Wish they would invest in air fresheners. My driver was kinda rude and when asked if the bus had Wi-Fi, said she didn't know? She's the driver, but she doesn't know? Really liked my driver from Milwaukee to LaCrosse from Jefferson Lines. Very congenial and caring!
My Driver From Milwaukee to Chicago was a Wonder & very Concerned Caring Man. Especially for us Handicap & Disabled People. Just a Wonderful Experience with him.. Which there were more drivers like him!!
The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Our bus had some mechanical issues and had to return to the station. She did not try to make the situation better instead argued with the customers. Very unprofessional. The manager came and did little to handle the situation other than issue the refunds and ignore the situation. Not sure I would attempt to ride with them again.
This past weekend, I had the WORSE Greyhound experience I have had in my MANY years of being a Greyhound customer, the bus tracker information was not kept up to date, no notices were sent/emailed in regards to our bus leaving Minnesota over 3 hours late, the terminal employee was not kept abreast of updates regarding bus movement & couldn't answer any of our questions, no aploogies have been given, only refund offer given was if we wanted to cancel our trip altogether which wasn't an option, we needed to catch that bus, we ... read more
Clean, friendly. On my round trip from Ashland, WI to Greenville, SC, this was the only station with soft seats. (review for Milwaukee, WI station)
