I met Gretchen in the gym and decided to use her as my realtor after my divorce. Going it alone was scary and difficult for me after a 24 year marriage but Gretchen helped me get through the buying process with ease! She knows her area and that made the house selection process less daunting. Soft spoken but a bull dog in the negotiation room, love that about her! I knew her from a women's organization and respected her. I wanted the best possible agent to sell our house as the proceeds would be our retirement fund.
