We had technician Anthony R. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so we could understand. Recommend items that would make our system more efficient. He was very refreshing.

I have always received excellent service from Greiner. Today my technician was Jacob and he was professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended Greiner to many of my friends for their heating and cooling needs. Jacob showed up on time, was very efficient, and made the whole process a breeze. Noel T was great. He let me know what was wrong with my ac system. He only fixed the problems that were needed, as I will be replacing my ac system in the next few years because it a Freon system that’s being done away with. I will definitely be useing greener when I replace my new system. Noel was very informative and game me all the options when it came time for a new ac system. The maintaince plan pays for it self, I saved 120.00 today on repairs by being on the maintainence plan. This savings almost pays for a full year ... read more
While doing an energy audit, Sean J. solved a problem we had been having for a long time with occasional carbon monoxide emissions from our floor and water heaters. We'd had various service technicians try to solve the problem but none of their ideas worked. We are thrilled with Sean's discovery and the subsequent repair.
