Hans Greiner came for our regular maintenance service and checked everything thoroughly so we're in good shape for the next season. He also went over additional options for our system that will be beneficial for our long-term goals. Hans, as well as all the personnel at Greiner, are respectful, personable and display a caring attitude for our well being. We're exceptionally happy with the service they all provide.
Just had another great experience with Kody from Greiner Heating and Air! They all rock at Greiner but Kody is a true HVAC Rock Star! I appreciate the time he spends making sure everything is running perfect. Thank you!
We had our appointment with Danny on Monday and had our units installed a few days later. We never felt rushed or that we had to buy more than we needed. The service that was given by the AC Technicians was far and beyond what was expected. They worked well together and was there to support each other. The job was completed in a timely manner and they left the area cleaner than when they started. I have enjoyed having Dylan as my Greiner technician. Not only does he keep my heater and air conditioner working but now he is going to service my tankless water heater! And, it is like having a friend come and visit.
