An excellent team from start to finish. All team members were very knowledgeable, competent, professional, prompt, tidy, and friendly. They rebuilt our entire HVAC system in our 25 year-old house; relocated a new central AC unit further away from a bedroom window, installed new furnace, reconfigured duct work, worked nifty solutions around some architecturally limited attic access. The Greiner company answered right away despite being in the middle of the "heat wave" demand that we just had...From the beginning,,, Nathan,,, was very professional,,,knowledgeable and prompt...His team of "AC Techs" were also very professional and very courteous...The AC unit we picked was completely installed in a day and a half...They would have been done sooner,,, but,,, my AC ducts had a few issues...I highly recommend " Reiner" for their excellent service...
Pierre Pierre Pierre !!!!! This technician was absolutely hands down THE BEST there is. Our a.c. went out during the heat wave and then Pierre came to the rescue. He was (on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and thorough). He checked EVERYTHING. Cleaned Everything. And when it conked out again, he came back immediately, fixed the problem and now we have a.c. AND we have Hope Restored that there really are honest technicians out there. Thanks Pierre.
This has been the most positive experience with a local company and crew that I have EVER had. Ernesto was EXCELLENT in everything he did, and in everything he said he would do, he DID. This man went far beyond his duty and job, even despite the 108 degree heat, (for two of the days they were at out home), I would like to thank ALL the crew that were working tirelessly to get their GREAT, PROFESSIONAL job accomplished, our heartfelt THANK YOU to Ernesto and Jason, and the whole crew at Greiner Heating & Air!!
Greiner Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new AC unit and the workers were great! Andrew and Jesse were friendly and informative. I really enjoyed the service they provided and am extremely impressed. 5 stars !!!!
AC went out on the hottest day of the year... fixed, on SUNDAY, in two hours. Wow. Outstanding.
