I love coming for my appointments. The best dentist in the world! Incredible staff. Peaceful atmosphere I have to leave 2 hours before my appt to make sure I am not late. I do not live in Tacoma.
My wife attempted to make an appointment with this office the receptionist told her they don’t except Aetna even though they are on our list of preferred providers. My wife called our insurance to confirm then called them back she changed her story then gave my wife an appointment almost two months out. Dr. Zimmer took the time to really listen and talk through some of the best options with me for my situation. The staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming and relaxing.
It was important to me to find a more holistically minded dentist, so much so that I was willing to make a more than hour long commute to do so. On first impression, I was in love with this office. The staff were warm and friendly, the office cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately, that is where my pleasant experience began and ended.
