Always a pleasure to visit with you and staff, and at the same time to have my teeth cleaned and checked for any problems in advance.
Dr. Palmer and his staff are very kind and personable and really know their stuff. Dr. P. is very forward thinking and has the latest technology that gives me confidence that the work I receive is top-notch and Gina is really very helpful with helping me to understand the billing and insurance and makes sure to help me remember my appointments. They all go out of their way to help my visits be the best experience.

I'm a nervous dentist goer, so whenever a cleaning is easy and pain free, I need to tell people about it! Dr. Palmer's entire staff makes you feel welcome and at ease from the first minute you walk in until you walk out with clean teeth! Dr. Palmer and his hygienists have a friendly way about them that put you at ease. I don't know how they do it, but I'm never straining to keep my mouth open or writhing in pain, they have a very gentle touch. I recommend them to anyone, especially people who are nervous!

I am 55 and I have had only 3 major dentists including Dr, Palmer. The first one retired, the second one died suddenly and unexpectedly. That sent me on a diligent search for a new dentist. I interviewed 20 dentists for the criteria I was looking for. Out of 20 interviews ONLY Dr. Palmer passed the "Brandt Test" and it has been a great experience ever since. 1. Amazing dentist and staff. My only complaint is that they bill you before hand, and then you are supposed to get a check from your insurance as reimbursement. Not everyone can come out of pocket $500 for a visit and wait to get reimbursed. So what is the point of insurance? Might want to change this policy.
Great office and staff! Very attentive and professional. All my family sees dr Palmer kids included. They have cartoons and treasure box! Highly recommend.
