Yes. Dr Sass has been totally honest and explained in laymen’s term what would happen and when. His office has this get well loop that has sent me messages almost daily to question what to do and what I should be looking for in changes to my knee. Always asking me if I have any concerns. I have sent a question twice and received and answer quickly. Looking forward to staples coming out this week
Dr Sass took the time to explain my options for fixing my knee and the pros/cons of each option. He went into great detail on the knee replacement and how it would proceed. Very calm demeanor puts you at ease
He is very meticulous.Explains everything on a level that any average person can understand. Personable and very respectful to the patient.

Jodi Genth was awesome. The other nurses were very nice. The procedure went well. I was treated very well. Dr Sass has put me back together 4 times. 3 shoulder surgery’s and one knee. I am more than satisfied. Much thanks and appreciation to FWO.
