I have been seeing Dr. Sass for 15 years. As a young adult requiring extensive knee surgery, he provided a thorough explanation, treatment options, my future outlook and amazing bedside manner. Thankful for his expertise and glad I’ve chose him as my orthopedic surgeon!

Dr. Sassamannhausen has been very responsive and caring before, during & after both of my knee replacement surgeries. The check in service and detailed information sent to me regularly has been very helpful. It has enabled me to understand and know the things I can do to help the recovery process for both of my knees. The nurses have been very kind and caring in all of my contacts with them and very helpful in resolving any issues.

Dr Sass is a very professional and caring doctor. His surgery skills and follow care are amazing.
Dr Sass is a straight shooter. He did everything he could for me to help extend the life of my knees. When the day came and he told me I needed knee replacements, I knew that there was nothing else we could do. I would recommend Dr Sass to anyone that is struggling with knee pain.
Dr. Sassmannshausen used this cool program called "Get Well Loop" that allows you to check-in each day after surgery. This is very helpful because it gives you questions to answer about your condition. The system of care provided by the office is very comprehensive. In addition, at my follow-up appointment, I was impressed by how fast the appointment went. There were no waits!
From my initial consultation to my 2nd week post OP, Dr. Sass and his Team have been amazing. There have been bumps in this journey and my concerns have been addressed and questions answered in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Sass and in fact have 2 family members ready to begin their journey with Dr. Sass and Team.
Nov. 1st surgery has went better than I expected it to. Dr Sassmannshausen explained everything both to me before surgery and to my husband after surgery very thoroughly. Repaired both the bicep tendon and the rotator cuff using three anchors into the bone plus removed a large spur that had acted like a saw and cut those tendons.
