Difficult to communicate with. The front staff is nice, but it’s like pulling teeth to get any of the attorneys on the phone. I closed out services with them to receive better counsel elsewhere, at the time I asked for an itemized receipt from them; I received an itemized balance showing that I had a positive balance in my IOLTA/retainer that should’ve been refunded to me after discontinuing services.
