No, I was very hopeful when I left Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Does this provider return your phone calls? Promptly

Does the chiropractor customize their treatment to meet the needs of your specific condition? Yes, their adjustments addressed my condition Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

They should do a better job in the common courtesy department and answer their new patient inquiries! My first impression is not a good one but that they are rude and completely unprofessional. Impossible to get a pulse. No one is ever there when I stop by; no one every answers the door, no one ever answers the phone, email inquiries are not returned weeks later. i have went to Greg Bates for years and now drive from D.P. to see him . I always get a really good treatment from this doctor .
