I received an email with an E-visit. I showed up. After being on an E-visit for 25 minutes, I had to leave as I had another appointment. I called today to re-schedule. I waited 35 minutes on hold. I explained myself to someone who promptly disconnected me (inadvertently, I assume). I called back. I was told the first email was "a mistake," even though I had an email with the date and time.

Dr. Cost is a wonderful physician. He listens carefully and responds with respect. He is professional and puts his patients at ease. I never feel nervous about discussing absolutely anything with him. I also appreciate that he will try to opt for the least invasive approach possible. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Cost is everything you would want in a physician. Knowledgeable, understanding, takes the time to listen, and takes the time to explain.
