Ive bought 4 lifts, a tire machine and a thousand dollars worth of shop equipment from the Nashua NH store. They have been very helpful not only with the purchase but also with sending me parts to maintain the equipment. Phone ordering was great, ship time reasonable, and love the lift! Two things would have made this purpose better--first, letting the buyer know they need to purchase hydraulic fluid, including quantity and recommended type. Second, the user manual could definitely be improved overall, and didn't include like fluid capacity and type. Their website does have lots od helpful info, but it would be nice to have in hand when setting up and getting the lift ready to use.
