Very friendly staff. The office manager she was very helpful with my health insurance and she explain very good the information. The Dr was very professional and the examination was well done he took his time to explain really good my problems and procedure the he will do.

Dr. Khounganian is very kind and caring. He listens. His staff is wonderful as well. I went to him for my back. My back surgery had to be postponed due to a more pressing medical issue that was found on my MRI of my back (kidney cancer). I was very surprised and touched at the way his staff followed up with me even though I was not able to follow through with my surgery. I hope to soon be able to have him repairing my back. I first met Dr. Khounganian on March 27th, 2015. I was referred to him after an MRI confirmed that I had a herniated disc (between C6 & C7) pushing against a big nerve in my neck. I had started experiencing tingling in some fingers and muscle aches in my arm earlier that month but was initially sent to physical therapy and prescribed ibuprofen for the pain. My opinon of of Dr.K is that he is an awsome neck dr and I couldnt have asked for a better dr he took great of me answered question, he explained what was gonna happen and the recovery time. If I ever had neck problem again Dr. K is who I would go see again
I found Dr. K to be sympathetic and knowledgeable. His professionalism and "bedside manner" was refreshing. He seems to really care about his patient's welfare.
I was suffering from back and excruciating sciatica pain. Thanks to Dr. Khounganian all the pains are gone. Dr. Khounganian and his staff are very professional and I will recommend him to my family & friends.
