I paid for a full day and four loads. I got 3/4 day and two loads. I was ok with the work but when io asked to clip a few more branches i got the look, like why are you asking me to do this. Not happy but shame on me for not getting to the details of my estimate and making sure i got a refund if my work was less.
We had a big tree removed this morning and 2 seriously pruned. Ryan and his crew arrived around 8:30am, spoke to me and my husband a few minutes, then got after it! Very professional crew, know their stuff, and left everything perfect. Ryan and Alex were like artists with our weird trees! Completely done by noon. Highly recommend and will use again for other things.
