We worked with Greg on both the purchase and sale of our Baldwin Park condo. I cannot say enough good things about him. He's an expert in the downtown Orlando/Baldwin Park area, is extremely personable, and works so hard! Because of his great advice and professional presence throughout the entire process, we received multiple offers on our condo. He was there every step of the way to help us navigate the negotiation and end with a smooth closing. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have bought and sold many homes in past, none has been as smooth as the sale of our condo in Baldwin Park. Greg made this transaction seamless. He is wonderful in all accounts; extremely professional, knowledgeable, with great instincts. He went above and beyond to move the process smoothly. Everything Greg did for us was first class. His photography, website, and brochures are simply a cut above anything we saw from other agents. Greg had our condo under contract within 13 days and was always available to guide us through the buying and selling process. When an important issue came up during inspection of our new home, he met us less than 45 minutes after getting off of a cruise ship. We recommend him without hesitation.

I interviewed 3 realtors, 2 from well known large brokers and Greg Martinez. My experience with Greg from the start was his honesty and not pushy approach. His local knowledge and living in the area accelerated in the sale of my home. Within 5 days of listing my home I received an offer within a couple thousand from full asking price. Greg was a true professional throughout our process. Before we listed our house he made a few recommendations of minor enhancements to ensure our house would show well. We took his advice on nearly all of them and I believe he was spot on! His photography team did an amazing job of shooting professional pictures of our house that displayed well in the listing.
