After six months with another realtor, we were blessed to be told of Greg Martinez. I asked Greg if he could sell our beautiful Baldwin Park townhome in 45 days to which he said he couldn't promise such a quick sale but he'd try. Greg helped us to find the perfct house! I was impressed with his patience, dedication, and communication with both us and other realtors.
