I have bought and sold many homes in past, none has been as smooth as the sale of our condo in Baldwin Park. Greg made this transaction seamless. Everything Greg did for us was first class. His photography, website, and brochures are simply a cut above anything we saw from other agents. Greg had our condo under contract within 13 days and was always available to guide us through the buying and selling process. When an important issue came up during inspection of our new home, he met us less than 45 minutes after getting off of a cruise ship. We recommend him without hesitation.

I interviewed 3 realtors, 2 from well known large brokers and Greg Martinez. My experience with Greg from the start was his honesty and not pushy approach. His local knowledge and living in the area accelerated in the sale of my home. Within 5 days of listing my home I received an offer within a couple thousand from full asking price. Greg was a true professional throughout our process. Before we listed our house he made a few recommendations of minor enhancements to ensure our house would show well.
