Having the property shown to numerous people was a breeze as Greg was efficient in scheduling appointments and within 48 hours there were two offers. Greg helped us with both buying and selling homes in Baldwin Park. He was incredibly responsive and kept us updated in a timely manner throughout the entire process both with buying and selling. When selling our home he made himself available to be present for the showings so that we didn't have to leave a lockbox on the door since we were still living in the home at the time. Greg helped us sell our home in Baldwin Park and buy a new one in the same neighborhood. He personally attended the multiple showings at our house and patiently took us to see the homes we were interested in.
