We used Greg on our recent sale of our home in Baldwin Park. We knew Greg by reputation, but I will tell you our experience far exceeded our expectations. Greg was professional and hands on from start to finish. He helped us in setting the price, staging the house and getting the house professionally photographed and listed. He was hands on with all showings and when we got a quick offer, he helped us negotiate and navigate the circumstances.
There are a lot of options when listing your home in Baldwin Park. Greg should be on your short list...in fact, you will be in good hands if you start and stop with Greg.

Greg’s professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market were just two of the many reasons that made working with him as my buying and selling agent an incredible experience. He was thorough, detailed oriented and was always available to accommodate my schedule with showings. I couldn't be more impressed and pleased with the service and guidance Greg provided me in the sale of my home. What makes my experience unique is that Greg handled the sale of my home during a personally challenging and emotionally delicate time. In addition to being sensitive to what I was going through, Greg also walked me through a very complicated sale with multiple contingencies. It was a pleasure to work with Greg on the sale of our home. If you are looking to sell your house in the Baldwin Park area, there is no one that knows the area/market better than him. We just completed our sale with Greg and highly recommend him! He was a complete professional all the way through the transaction. He was responsive, always on time for showings (we had a lot), had great advice, followed-through on every detail, and was even-keel the whole way through. Would hire him again if we had the chance!

Greg Martinez was beyond what I expected in a real estate agent. He was patient with answering all the questions I had in regard to selling my home. Having the property shown to numerous people was a breeze as Greg was efficient in scheduling appointments and within 48 hours there were two offers.
