Greg & Lou’s Family Restaurant was established in 1983 by Louis and Rachel Kanan (mom and dad) and their son Greg and his wife Debbie. Bought as a Mini Mart with groceries and a small eatery it gradually became a full dine in restaurant as it is today. In 1996 Louis and Rachel retired and Greg has continued the tradition of good home cooked food and a family atmosphere. Fast friendly service, food is delicious. Came from St.John's just to visit and dine.
Ted and I had wonderful meal. Chicken and Veal Parmigiana ...and fantastic berry pie! We haven't been there in a long time. We definitely will be back when were in Owosso 😀
I visit this restaurant for the first time today. Order the cod Dinner deep fried and french fries. It was the best cod I have had in a long time. I really liked the tarter sauce they have, it was the best i ever had from a restaurant
Has always been our go to restaurant. We call it our dining room! There is a reason it's always packed! Good food, great service all the time.
In town for work and ate at this restaurant both nights. Absolutely phenomenal foods and desserts. The service was great! And the pricing is affordable for such great food. Can't wait to come back in the future!
Whenever you can get a home cooked meal these days it's great. They have an incredible smelt dinner. Short waiting periods and good sized portions. Love it.
