We have had two really good experiences working with Greg in unconventional and tricky deals. Both of our homes were short sold and that process can be very tough, especially if an Agent is not on the ball. Greg was on top of things from the beginning to the end of the process and we could not recommend him more. I will use Greg again, when we have the need to buy or sell a home, and I whole-heartedly recomend that you work with him as well.

We had a property that was challenging to say the least, due to very negligent tenants, and we were forced into a short sale. Even with all the challenges, Greg was able to help us get our short sale approved with the bank, and find buyers for the house in a very short period of time. We were very impressed and grateful for his leadership and his responsiveness, as well as his ability to help us get through the challenges that we faced with our property. I would highly recommend Greg to anybody that wants to get results!

Greg was amazing! I lived out of state when I put my home on the market. I expected the sale to be slow and painful being that I was not available to meet in person to sign documents or make necessary repairs to the home. Greg was excellent in helping us in the short sale of our Utah County home. He knows his stuff. We moved out of state and we really appreciated being able to use someone we could believe in. He was recommended to us by a trusted friend, who is a mortgage specialist in Utah County. Greg and his staff proved themselves many times over and did a meticulous job with our sale, even though it ended up being a tougher and longer one than most. We highly recommend Greg. He was an absolute professional.

My experience with Greg might be a bit different than others. He was actually the Seller's representative to a house I was buying. My guy totally dropped the ball and Greg was extremely helpful on keeping me updated on the status of the sale. It was a very long and drawn out process with lawyers, IRS and state people involved and through it all not only did Greg keep me in the loop with the correct information, but he even gave me moral support when I was losing hope the deal would happen. Greg was a fantastic person to work with. He was very professional, dilligent and although we had a thousand snags along the way, he never gave up and was always very responsive to all of my questions (and I probably wanted to know what was going on much more than the average client). We had to deal with some special circumstances and he handled them extremely well. He was always in my corner, aggressively and professionally making sure we got the best deal. I can't say enough about Greg. Absolutely fantastic.
