Greg was great to work with. He spent lots of time finding homes for us to look at. He was also great at listening to what we wanted and asked questions that helped us narrow down what was important in the home that we were looking for. Greg was very helpful from beginning to end with the process of buying our house. He had good knowledge of the property and the previous owner which was very helpful in knowing the condition of the property. He is very professional, friendly, nice and helpful.
I interviewed several agents before I sold my home. Greg was not only enthusiastic, but was willing to try for a higher sale price. Another agent was going to list the home for less than the appraisal price I had. Greg did a great job, and sold the home within four months, getting me an additional $20k in the process. I highly recommend him.
We used Greg to both purchase and sale our house. He was great to work with both times. He did everything he could to get us the price we wanted. We lived in a different state while trying to sale our house. He made frequent checkups on the house for us. He even met repairmen at the house for us, to get repairs done, since we couldn't be there. He was great!
