We had a wonderful experience buying our new car here. Adam Fisher was our sales agent and he did a great job. They made us feel at home, and really delivered what we wanted. I would highly recommend Greer Mitsubishi for anyone in the market for a new car.
Wonderful service. I loved the entire experience. They were having some technical difficulties but still went out of their way to get me in a new car. I love my car. They were fantastic. Amanda is amazing!! I went by yesterday just to browse and get some information. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do anything due to questionable credit, however I’m writing this review from a brand new car.
After looking at a couple vehicles online, I went to look at them in person. The price of the vehicles were listed online. The sales person that came out while I was there quoted BOTH vehicles $7,000 more than what they were listed online for. Then they acted like they were doing me a huge favor when they cut the price a couple thousand. Not good business!!!
Don't waste your time with these people once you buy a car they have no use for you .The service after the sale sucks
This is the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. From Mr. Gilstrap on down. Awful customer service. The only person that was even the least bit helpful was Lisa Jo customer service manager. I would not send my worst enemy there! And to find out after paying $1500 for an extended warranty it was never sent in! Until today when I called and found out I did not have the warranty!! Cheaters all the way around!
