Only go here if you are okay with your vehicle being stolen off their lot while you are looking to purchase another! We were looking at a vehicle to trade out of our current vehicle and they allowed someone to drive onto their car lot and drive off with our truck! While waiting for the police to arrive management was huddled in the office and couldn’t even access the cameras to help the police find who had stolen our vehicle. Sneaky and dishonest!!! The people at this dealership, lied to us and made promises they had no intention of keeping. Do NOT trust them. When the sales manager and finance manager would not return a call, we should have run. Lesson learned the hard way. Their "for the people" advertising is b.s. They only hurt your credit further. Buyer beware!!!!
Really bad customer service from the initial call. Guy tells me he's the general manager. Tells me no one has deals like them. Tells me he can save me THOUSANDS of dollars and to please please 🙏 let them earn my business. I explained my situation and he says he absolutely can help me and he knows no one can help me like him. Clay in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get mother to doctors appointments. My window would not roll up and it was raining. Clay put me in a car so that I could finish my errands, and had to keep the car overnight, in order for them to get a part, and had my car ready to go bright and early the next morning. Thank you, Clay!!
They were so helpful and patient with me. I got to meet Jay Gilstrap and he was great! Shout out to my sales guy, Adam Fisher for being awesome!! I would definitely recommend them!!
Absolutely the worse customer service. Greer location is an absolute joke when I came into buy a truck.
