I have been happy with the care and professional and caring way that everyone conducts themselves. I moved from the area 7 years ago but I drive 82 miles each way because I have no doubt that Dr Ackerman and his staff will provide me with the best dental care available.
Today as usually from the receptionist to the my cleaning tech and the cute Dr Ackerman were very friendly .I was called by my first name , that made me fell like family. We talked about our children and my grand children. The visit went by fast. Each time I go I learned something about my teeth. Today lesson was how to properly floss. I know , I have been doing it wrong all these year.
I have visited this office with my family before and have always been impressed with their quality of service. Visited the office for myself yesterday and was again impressed with the quality of work! My wife and I always notice how much the staff here knows about our family and personal life. I saw Mary-Grace yesterday, who was new to me, and she knew the family just as well as everyone else. We are amazed at how well the staff is in tune with their patients.
Very professional and courteous staff from the front office to all hygienist. Dr. Ackerman takes time to explain procedures and makes me feel comfortable asking questions. Very pleased with this dental group.
Great job as usual. Our entire family has overwhelmingly positive experiences every appointment we have, no matter the procedure.

Everyone in Dr. Ackerman's office is so friendly. I have been going to this office for 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I refer anyone looking for a new office to them. They're the best.
So friendly, so nice. Welcomed me as if I was a patient for years!! Took their time, was informative and was actually fun having my teeth cleaned (that's a first!) Cant wait for my next visit and never thought I'd say that about the dentist ❤
