Appt. was on time or slightly earlier. Staff was pleasant and kind. X-rays were done and they were not miserable like they normally have been in past time. Cleaning was done in the amount of time allowed. Office was clean and very presentable made me feel comfortable. Doctors were quick with double checking the assistance so.
Dentist offices are never fun, but this place is as good as it gets. Friendly staff, great facilities, and they get you out quickly!
I was having pain in a molar over the weekend and was able to get in to see Dr. Bass this afternoon. They checked me out thoroughly and gave me some advice on the discomfort and how to alleviate it. I was very satisfied with the prompt attention I was given and the caring and concerned service the office provided. Excellent!
