My appt. was just to have my teeth cleaned, however Dr. Bass also decided to do some cleaning and repairs on my mouth guard. I appreciated that. I also had my teeth cleaned by a contract hygienist and she was very friendly and did an excellent job. The only thing that prevented me from giving them 5 stars was that I was not seen on time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pfalzgraf for many years and would highly recommend him - he is excellent. Lisa and Melissa have been my hygienists during the past several months and they are awesome! The whole staff at CHDA is professional and very pleasant.
What can I say. My kids love going to the Dentist office. They like the people and always have a great time. Thanks to the awesome staff for working hard to make the dentist office a good (not scary) place to go.

Great service
Heather at the front desk is an assest to the practice. She is extremely friendly, personable and has excellent customer service skills. Melissa, my hygienist is always a pleasure. I schedule an appointment with her several times a year. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. If I have an appointment with her and an emergency arises that she needs to leave, I prefer to reschedule my appointment.
