I may be strange, but I look forward to my regular dental care with Star at CHDA. I have been a patient there for over 20 years. I have always been more than satisfied with my visits. The staff is always helpful and friendly. You receive excellent dental care and they accept insurance. I love Dr. P. He's the best. If you need a dentist, I would check them out.
I needed more emergent dental care and the office called me and gave me a few options. Once I entered the office, every staff member I came in contact with was extremely polite and welcoming. Before I knew they had me fixed up and on my way back to work! I will definitely recommend CHDA to friends and family. Thanks a lot!
I appreciate the policy of punctuality; it shows that the office appreciates the time of the patients. Star called me in at exactly the time of my appointment. She is always very pleasant and totally professional.
Cherry Hills Dental Associates does it right! I was immediately at ease from the start. Their office is very clean and tidy. The reception ladies are helpful and polite. The dentist and hygienist were very personal. There was no pressure and no sales pitches. I'm very happy to have found them and have already referred them to coworkers and friends.
The appointment was on time. The cleaning was completed fast, no pain, and teeth look good. Renee did a great job!
My experience was very good, just as it always it. My regular hygienist retired and I was assigned a new one. She did a great job. I have been going to Cherry Hills Dental for over 30 years and highly recommend them.
Great staff as always. for me a new person today I think Crystal. Very professional and friendly. Wishing Sue Well as she has worked with me for many years and will be missed. Forgive me I do not recall the name of lady at front desk when I checked in. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. keep up the good work.
The drive to the new office takes longer than the appointment for routine checkups so we haven't been for a while. But when I had a tooth explode under a crown it was great getting back to Dr. Pfalzgraf. He saw me the same day I called for an appointment. It was after 5, but he spent considerable time explaining options, referrals to an oral surgeon, even ground down what was left to prevent me cutting my tongue.
Doctor and assistant were fantastic. Glad it is now complete
