Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder

I was a patient of Dr. Valerio for 20+ years, and he's great, but when he joined practice with this group, I was assigned Dr. Mayo, their GHI provider. My experience has been upsetting. They treated my daughter and while I signed the consent form, I was not informed of the procedures that time, nor was I informed of their cost, for which GHI did not pick up, nor did they know. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Was the dental equipment clean? Not really, it could have been much cleaner Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

I was a new patient at Greenwich Family Dentistry and found it extremely impersonal and money-driven. I felt like my concerns and needs were of no consequence. Whether this practice provides good dentistry or not, I would never refer a friend to this place and I certainly will not be going back.
