I have nothing but positive things to say about GFD. I am always seen promptly and welcomed when I arrive. My hygienist Tiffany always does a great job...she's very thorough yet takes very little time to clean my teeth. Dr. Lynch-Mayo has been my dentist for 5 years now. I find her to be very nice and she always makes me feel comfortable in the chair. Highly recommended!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. My hygienist, Tiffany always seems to do a great job cleaning my teeth. Then I see Dr. Mayo...she is wonderful as well. She explains everything she does and is very gentle. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Any change in medical/dental care is always a bit traumatic. I recently move to the area and found that Greenwich Family Dentistry made the transition very easy. I was so surprised to see a totally opposite review that was so counter to my experience. The front desk staff is amazingly efficient and far more on top of customer service than my former dentistry group - that was considered 'high end' Dr Lynch was both professional and courteous as well as thorough in her examination. I have been a patient of Dr. Valerio's for years, since I was 2 years old. I have always had a wonderful experience in his practice in Cambridge, He was thoughtful and caring and you can tell he really wants what is best for his patients. Ever since he merged with Greenwich Family Dentistry I have loathed going there... Not because of Dr. Valerio or the Dental Hygienists, but because of the attitudes of the other Dr's at the office and the office staff. Scheduling appointments is always easy and simple. The billing practices though I'm not pleased with. Instead of submitting bills to my insurance company, then billing me the difference they insisted on up front payment including a deductibe. One week later my insurance informed me my portion was only 1/10 of what the practice insisted on collecting at the time of service. I now have to wait @ month to be reimbursed from them what they never should have taken in the first place! Very frustrating!
