Came to Toyota of the Shoals to have my wiper arm replaced that was damaged while going through a local car wash... I would like to say that I have never been treated so kind in my life at a car dealership... not only did they fix the wiper arm, but also informed me that my car, that was bought at another dealership, was STILL under warranty through Toyota.... I bought it used with 7000 miles.... so NOW they are also changing my oil and balancing and rotating my tires!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT!!
