The employees were great and super friendly. First time buying a car and it went incredibly smooth. Cheryl and Marshall were excellent.
RecommendedMy salesperson Chris White was awesome from the time I walked in till I left. I didn't get there until 5:15pm after work. Did not really expect to drive a new car home that night. But, Chris worked so hard and the finance person that I was approved and drove home with a new 2018 Corolla after 8:00pm that night. Chris and the finance lady and even the guy that washed and filled my car with gas stayed till I drove the car off the lot. I give 5 stars. Great dealership and I will be back. Thanks Chris...
We had a great sale person but the rest of our experience with Toyota of the Shoals was terrible. We went back and forward with the finance department and after three days of saying we were approved; we canceled the deal, but check this: a week after cancellation. We got an approval letter and a payment coupon book in the mail, go figure that.
We had a great experience with Marshall and Ty yesterday. Both really great guys who made car shopping a lot less stressful. Ty was the best to work with. Super down to earth guy who we felt like was just like us. Will for sure be back.
