Like a breath of fresh air after what we have been through with other dealerships in the past. We didn't feel pressured or feel like we were being yanked around on the pricing. Everything we were paying for was explained well and any questions we had were answered well (even though it was hours past quitting time for them).. would definitely recommend them and would do business with them again
Well I hope this is better than University Toyota. We bought my daughter a 2007 Toyota Avalon after taking it home the cruise control no longer worked and after an hour phone conversation they finally did the right thing and fixed it. Also the evaporator coils $1200 job had to be replaced which they knew were not working when they sold it to us. I hope this new dealership offers a 30 day warranty on used cars like Serra Toyota.
