This place is a joke. After purchasing my wife’s care on August 28 2022 i never heard anything back from the dealer in regards to my tags. My tags were about to expire on October 26 2022 and i had to call multiple time to get them reissue the new temp tags. After asking why i have not gotten my permanent tags it appeared that Mark, finance manager nor the receptionist had any idea what was going on. Than the receptionist took it upon herself to fix. They lie about there services and don't fix your car. Keep car along time and will not give you a rental also uses old parts. My car has been in there service department many times since February 2021 for the same problem. They claim they put 2 new transmission in and a caliber converter and still have the same problem now they want me to bring it back in to check it again I just git it back from them on August 14th after being there since June 17th drove it fir one week and it's during the same thing had a Mechanic look at ... read more

Dealership charges $100 per diagnosis. I had 2 different problems, so $200. So, if you decide to wait to hit multiple problems at once, don't bother because you get dinged no matter what. Also, this dealership doesn't apply that cost to the repair. Sorry, not customer friendly. My 1st repair was because my engine light was on. However, their expensive diagnostic led their technicians to find no problem, but they were able to "suggest" I get new spark plugs. Hmmm... Well I had my car towed in on 6/19/2021. 2019 kia rio with 17k miles. 6/22/2021 they told me that the engine had seized up. It took them 14 days (I got it 7/2/2021) to get me a rental car. On 7/29/2021 I was told that I may have the rental car 3 months. On 10/6/2021 I was told that they were waiting on an engine and an engine harness. On 11/10/2021 I get a voice mail that it is not a warranty issue, that it looks like you picked up some bad gas. I purchased my Kia Sportage along with a 10 year 100,000 mile platinum bumper to bumper warranty in January of 2016. Financed both through Kia. It's now been over 5 years and my car is having a problem with the air conditioner recirculating vent which cost 582 dollars to repair. Greenway Kia says I purchased a 60 month/ 100,000 mile warranty. I have my contract stating my warranty is 10/100,000 miles. Sent copy to Brandon in finance, then he would not return my call. In very short form, we were demonstrally lied to repeatedly, charged $270 for a new battery that we did not need and did not approve before they would release our car to us (this is in violation of TN law **************************************/2************************************************), and had to return because, as we told them when we dropped it off, the alternator was the problem, not the battery. Bought my used 2017 Kia Sorento from them in January.. when we bought the car they quoted us the wrong price and the paperwork was done with the wrong price. We didn't notice it till we got home since we went on a Sunday night about 2 hours before they closed so they were rushing.. we go back to resign paperwork 2 days later and they corrected the price. Beware of false deals and a severe lack of communication. I test drove a 2020 Kia Soul S, advertised as a "Special" deal on their website. After the test drive, my personal information was used to populate a "For Internal Use Only" document outlining the "out-the-door" costs of the vehicle, which totaled $17,276.75.
