I can see why they get a 2.5 rating it should be a zero!!! STAY AWAY WORST SERVICE EVER AFTER YOU BUY A BRAN NEW CAR....I have a service issue I had to get kia in headquarters involved. Still not resolved they call nobody back at all customer service is horrific after you give then all your hard earned money... DO not buy a car here you will regret it trust me.....Just terrible nobody knows what's going here at this dealer....
I purchased the car here. I purchased a key several weeks ago...it would have been nice for call telling me it was in. Paid for the key & now it's another $75 to program it. I now waiting 45 minutes to have it programed. Gee, thanks for the $1 soda & a bag of chips..
Do yourself a favor, dont buy a kia. My Telluride sx has an oil consumption problem. It's not covered under warranty although the gloat about this awesome warranty they have. Adding oil once a week
