I have only used the service side of the dealer, and both times have been wonderful. I bought an Allstate extended warranty through Greenway for my F150. Had an engine code pop up a few times so decided to see how the warranty would go. Dropped it off, next day was told what the problem was and the warranty was covering it, no hesitation. $2.2k repair and there wasn't so much a blink of an eye.
