I read all of these complaints and wonder what these people expect? Car service takes an eternity everywhere, even with an appt. At least they have wifi, plenty of couches, many TV's.. get over it!

Hate this place and the sales men are complete tools and d bags!! Would never buy another car or suggest it to anyone.
Prepare to spend your whole day here. I'm here to have my rearview mirror reattached, had an appt for 12:15pm. It's 2:20pm & they've told me "5 more minutes" twice in the past hour. Awful service.
Service dept has free Otis spunkmeyer cookies and snack bar. Free wifi also
