Recently called this dealership to make an appountment for an issue still covered under warranty. I have a jeep Rubicon with just 6k miles. While making my appointment, I was told that my vehicle would not be released until the dealership recieved payment from the warranty company. I asked if I could pay for the repairs and recieve credit once the payment was posted from the warranty company. I was told NO... Thats not how it works. I would like to take a moment and rate my recent experience at Greenway in Morris, IL. As you can see I gave them five stars . I would have given more if it allowed me to. I lease my Jeep Cherokee Latitude and needed help with a few things. When we started the lease we met Bob Willems during that time.
