First visit w/newborn. Front office mechanical w/an attitude (cold & unfriendly). Then... Lydia, cold, rude, condescending attitude...she needs attitude check. Dr. Jeff Stone, professional, friendly & helpful. Great guy! Checking out, again-no smiles, all attitude and confrontational. We are going back because of Dr.Stone. Greenvale, check your front office attitude & Lydia. We will change providers if next visit is the same.
We use Dr. Irons and we love her! She is so patient with my kids and the staff there is so friendly and helpful!
The are so slow and inconsiderate of kids with his diabetes. Far as getting the orders to the schools.
Beware! If you have moved from another state and need a pediatrician for your 6 yr old, they won't accept you as a new patient! But they will accept newborns! That's just ridiculous.
They really dont deserve this star. Dr office calls and drops my kids as his patients. Unprofessional! They would rather you not ask questions and accept things! Find another Dr. Office!!
Dr Whitaker is a wonderful doctor he takes time, answers all questions and always has a good manner with our children.
We have used Greenvale for many, many years. Our oldest went until she was almost 22 years old. Dr. David Glasgow has always been our primary and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is! He is very patient, will sit with you and answer any questions and always puts your child at ease. He really is a wonderful and caring doctor! He also always knows his stuff, very good dr.!!
I absolutely would not recommend Greenvale Pediatrics. I have had several bad experiences, especially with Dr. Waldo. He has been extremely rough when examining my young infant and was rude and unprofessional to both me and my husband on two separate occasions. If you're job is to deal with the care of children you would think one would be caring and professional. Not the case here.
