I’m not sure who is running this place and the people that work here don’t seem to know either. It’s very unorganized, the office gives out inaccurate information and if you ask Debbie to explain, she just says “I’m not arguing with you and locks the office door. I feel like I’m dealing with a child!
We lived here for three years, and we thankfully have finished out our lease at the end of July. If you would’ve asked me to leave a review the beginning of June, I would’ve left 5 stars. Sure, this place has its flaws like any other, but we loved living here. Good location, maintenance was timely, neighbors were friendly. I Love this place. It feels like I'm living in Sherwood Forest (Tree Houses) We just moved in in April . The staff is wonderful, Our neighbors are friendly, The complex is a diverse community, which was a huge factor in moving here. Families, students, professionals all living together. Pet friendly too.
Management and maintenance were wonderful. The complex was quiet, loved all the trees and surrounding nature. Unfortunately, when there's nature there are cockroaches! We lived on top floor over the laundry room, so it wasn't loud to us at all. Pool was always kept clean and they updated the furniture around it. All around I loved it... Only downfalls are again the cockroaches, the water had a strong chlorine smell, and they often had shut the water off sometimes without warning.

I've lived all over the world. I've never had such a wonderful relationship with apartment management as I have here at green tree. Plus it's surrounded by nature, has a pool, and it's own community garden.
Great place to live staff is awesome and friendly I'd highly recommend living here
