Every time we call for take out they say about 35 minutes and we come after 40 minutes and still wait 15 minutes. Just say about an hour. It’s annoying. UPDATE. Took 1 hour 17 minutes total wait time... They burned the first pizza (only a 30 cut not an elaborate order) and instead of saying hey we burned it they just decided to put another in and have us wait like idiots standing there for them to cook it. No apology. No discount. Nothing. Last time we’ll be spending any money here.
I just had the best fish sandwich from Jioio’s!
Very nice place to eat and relaxing atmosphere
pizza is excellent. Aumers Sports Bar in mount pleasant is making Jioio's pizza and it doesn't taste the same.
If you have never been here you are missing out. Without a doubt best place to eat. Anyone who says less is flat out lying
Terrible service, it took 1 1/2 hrs to make 1 pizza and 1 sub. The staff is rude, and it’s obvious the management is lacking.
I ordered lunch online and it was to be ready by 1145 and at 12:15 it still wasn’t ready. When I ask why the manager was very rude and blaming it on me. If there was a problem with the time all they had to do is call. After over hearing employees talking they gave my pizza away and blamed me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVE ND MANAGEMENT. Will never order from them again
