After being placed on hold to place a to go order for over 10 minutes, the woman taking my Semi large order was the rudest person I have ever dealt with ordering. Jioios is NOT what it used to be! 2 of the last 3 times I ordered, the pizza looked horrible! A request for, "A little light on the sauce" shouldn't mean that its burnt and dry as cardboard! When I called to complain, I was told to send pictures. When I did, I was told the pizza looked normal. I threw the pizza away both times. I have been ordering from Jioios for 30 years. Called today to ask that an online order be prepared for a pick up time, which they cannot accommodate. The person on the phone was so beyond rude. Zero stars for kindness or any effort to accommodate. She was more than happy to cancel the order and lose business.
Burnt pizza. And they didn’t even try to make it any better for us. They told us to eat the burnt pizza and pay for it.

was not impressed ordered on Father's Day they messed up my order tried to call for 2 hours found out they took the phone off the hook that day calleda different day to complain lady took my info said she would mail me a gift card never did every time I call now there's no owner there I give up

We live in Canonsburg and have visited both locations, both are about an hour drive and well worth it. The pizza is thin crust and the sauce is sweet. It’s always worth the drive and we get a party pizza to go. I only wish they would open a location in Peters Township or Canonsburg, they are really good and have great service!
First time eating at the restaurant very nice waitress and the food was very good, we had takeout but wanted to eat in we will definitely be back thank you.
Best pizza around. I recommend trying it.
