I just wanted to let you know... My family orders there Alot. We love it and we never complain because we know shit happens. Unfortunately today was not a good experience for me. I ordered a pick up and when I got there obviously yall were busy which is good because that means it's good. Well my order was obviously not made which I could have dealt with if I was informed of the situation. I would give no stars. We were invited to an 80th birthday party at Jioio’s in Greensburg/Latrobe. I called to make sure they could make something for my DD (dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut). I said oil & garlic pasta as long as the pasta has no egg. They put me in touch with their party coordinator. She gave me a list of salads the party would have. I asked if they could make the pasta. Gave the hostess our name to be placed on the waiting list for a table. While we waited, larger parties came in after us. The hostess sat these parties. When we asked why they were seated ahead of us the hostess said “They called ahead for reservations.” I responded “I didn’t think that you took reservations.” She said “We don’t” and then she walked away. So I assume the staff pick and choose who they give a table to and whom they don’t.
I moved away from the area years ago and the one thing I miss the most about PA (and there are many things I miss!!) Is this pizza. I need you guys to ship some out of state, please! Best pizza I've ever had!
