I did not receive part of my order, did not find out until it was brought home. They could not refund the money and so they are giving a gift card that will not be getting used. Have to go somewhere else to get someone dinner.
pizza is gross, undercooked, and soggy. customer service is awful and UNACCEPTABLE. I would recommend your local sunoco or BP to get pizza before this overpriced, inflated ego without the food matching place!

used to love it here but latley they went down hill. pizza is a soggy mess. it hurts to say this but they lost a loyal customer and I will not be ordering from them anymore
The last 3-4 times we have ordered, the pizza has been soggy. Today this is what our pizza looked like. Called and complained and the lady said she would have to call her manager to see if we could be refunded our money. Terrible customer service, as well as the pizza.

Ordered the giant pizza cost just under 30 bucks . We were eating and found a long hair baked into the crust . Called to complain and they promised a gift card , needless to say it never showed up. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was promised a call back that of course never came. There are far better options to spend your money in Greensburg.Thanks to your horrible customer service and rapidly failing food quality you’ve lost a long time customer .
