Hi 5 star folks how do you convince the staff and maintenance to repair items in your apartment? Will revise once all my move in repairs are complete its been 30 days Been here one month seems we have different move in ready standards… lord knows they don’t seem to understand what a nice 3k apartment should look like. I’ve been in this community for a little over a month and the staff is amazing ! From the office staff to the maintenance team , very professional and caring for their tenants . Apartments are beautiful interiorly, the only thing I would say needs some touch up is the outside flooring ,it can use some work . But they are pressure washed ,for cleanliness . They are definitely progressing . Nothing is perfect in any living place but the staff is nice and treat EVERYONE EQUALLY . :)
Fast, thorough and responsive staff, making the moving in process smooth and easy, definitely recommend it.
