DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! MOLD INFESTED NIGHTMARE! I don’t even know where to start. currently living here (i have been here since february). We moved in with the door not able to lock they went weeks without fixing it until my roommates dad had to call and yell at them. My bathroom sink leaked flooding our bathroom. Greens Edge is the gem of FM. Shoutout to all the maintenance crew!! Hardworking AND onsite! Located in a great location not prone to flooding with all concrete structures, making them as safe as can be. Units include a garage & there is an amazing heated pool, both not common in the area.
I just want to say how much I appreciate our maintenance technician, Luis. He recently came by to fix our garbage disposal, and as always, he was attentive, professional, and very sharp. He gets straight to the root of the issue and takes care of it quickly. Even if he ever needs to come back, he communicates clearly and ensures everything is resolved. I’m always impressed with his dedication—he truly cares about the residents, not just the work itself. Green’s Edge is lucky to have him!
Luis came to fix my air conditioning unit and did an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable and communicative about his job. Luis gave me preventative tips to keep my air conditioning running in tip top shape!
love ❤️ living here. The apartments are wonderful and the maintenance Staff is always on their game. Jeremy has been a big help to me ever since I’ve been here. Thank you Greens Edge !!!
