We’ve been living here for two years, and our experience has been wonderful. We really enjoy the space and comfort of our apartment, and we love the peace and quiet of the community. The leasing and maintenance teams are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. On the few occasions we needed maintenance, everything was handled promptly and efficiently. We’ve also appreciated the new community events and activities — they’ve made living here even more enjoyable.
I moved in a little over a year ago and the entire process was a great one. From the leasing staff to the maintenance staff, I only have good things to say. Any issues I've had they take care of within 24 hours. They also answer any emails and questions I have with lightning speed. The apartments are huge and it feels as if you are living in a sfh. So far my building has been awesome with little to no noise. Love it here and highly recommend.
I absolutely love living here! The maintenance men are very reliable and quick. Huge Thank you to Jeremy he has absolutely been outstanding never been more than a day that I had to wait for anything to be fixed. It’s just a great and safe place to live
DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! MOLD INFESTED NIGHTMARE! I don’t even know where to start. currently living here (i have been here since february). We moved in with the door not able to lock they went weeks without fixing it until my roommates dad had to call and yell at them. My bathroom sink leaked flooding our bathroom. I would give it zero stars while maintenance is nice they never truly fix anything and the people in the office are rude. They just put a Band-Aid over issues. Greens Edge is the gem of FM. Shoutout to all the maintenance crew!! Hardworking AND onsite! Located in a great location not prone to flooding with all concrete structures, making them as safe as can be. Units include a garage & there is an amazing heated pool, both not common in the area.
