My wife and I have lived at Greens Edge for 5 years and just renewed our lease! We especially like the spacious apartments, having only five units per floor, functioning elevator, stunning sunsets & sunrises, peaceful golf course views, pet friendly atmosphere, professional/cheery staff, and prompt response to maintenance requests (all unique to Green Edge). My wife and I feel safe living in this friendly, gated community with its single entrance/exit.
Moved here in 2024 of July and love it here the Leasing office crew are wonderful Maintenance is amazing they will help you mount your tv or install Fans and light fixtures if needed and are very helpful when it comes to issues with appliances they are quick to come and fix it the grounds are also very clean and beautiful they Power wash the hallways once a month and the neighbors are wonderful they also will not come in your Apartment without letting you know a week or 2 In advance I definitely recommend this place if you h... read more
Top notch! From the time I walked in till when I received the keys, Connor was just AWESOME! We explained our situation to him, and he helped us move in as fast as possible. We called in last week to have something repaired, Robin was very attentive to get it fixed for us. We are living the dream! Thank you!
