Someone quoted me $37 to mow my lawn. When they got here, they would not honor their quote and told me they would charge me $60. When I told them I couldn’t pay that, they immediately canceled all of my appointments. I couldn’t give them a review since they didn’t mow. When they canceled, I was immediately sent more quotes. I am trying to cancel my account. the online rep I am speaking to named Sarah will not help me . she sends me a link but its for a quote. the number I call is no help. you can not leave a message. I used one lawn service and he cut my yard terribly.
I loved the fact that lawn guys were competing for my lawn. I got a great price and it was done exactly how I wanted. Was able to pay through the app and have set up service for the remainder of the season. Thanks GreenPal!

The concept is AMAZING. The vendors are all very responsive.. i would like a little more control over the whole process. My vendor came out and mowed early per a request however he had to wait because the app doesnt allow the flexibility to pay early, or add a tip.. being a BSA in mobility dev I can see where a lot of improvements can be made for the user interaction. However at the end of the day the service is amazing!
